Summary

Stores / Inventory Manager
Axbridge, Somerset
£30,000 - £35,000 +33 days al + 5 days full sick pay. + bonus + PMI

Great opportunity has just become available to join a highly reputable mechanical engineering company based in Somerset, you will join as their Stores Manager, overseeing a small team.

The Role:

  • Manage team of 4.
  • Overseeing & managing the recording of jobs arriving in the works, booking jobs onto system.
  • Oversee & manage the group Transport and logistics.
  • Efficient stock & inventory management, Stock Reporting & Analysis.
  • Stores documentation, stock takes.
  • To control housekeeping of the stores as well as good in and out.
  • Responsible for time management of the store's administrator and drivers.
  • To generate reports and data as directed by the Sales and Operations Director.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Has worked as a Stores or Inventory manager previously.
  • Excellent time keeping skills.
  • Manufacturing background desirable.
