Summary
Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to kickstart or grow your career in a technical role? Gi Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated Technical team in Killingholme and Stallingborough. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we'll provide full training to help you succeed. Please note, transport is required due to the remote location.
Your Role:
Prepare new vehicles according to PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) schedules for client fleets.
Identify and report any vehicle defects.
Complete repair and inspection documentation accurately.
Conduct PDI checks, safety checks, level checks, and bodywork inspections on a variety of vehicles.
Collaborate with workshop team members to meet deadlines efficiently.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
What We're Looking For:
Motivated individuals with a strong commitment to quality.
Brand experience is a plus, but manufacturer training will be provided.
Ability to perform PDI inspections and checks (training available if needed).
A positive, flexible attitude and a focus on getting things "right the first time."
Capable of working to deadlines and achieving KPI targets.
Driver Requirements:
Full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 24 months).
Minimum age: 22 (for insurance purposes).
Maximum of 3 penalty points (for insurance purposes).
Preferred experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
