Our client operates across a diverse range of industries, including fashion, consumer goods, tyres, health care, medical supplies, and more. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of these vital sectors.
Team Leader responsibilities:
* Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
* Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
* Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
* Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage
* Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with company values
Team Leader required skills:
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards
* Own transport required, due to shift times
Team Leader Pay:
* £15 per hour
* £16.20 per hour between the hours of 22:00 -00:00
Team Leader Shifts available:
* Rotational shifts, week 1: 08:00-16:00 week 2: 16:00 -00:00
* 5 days out of 7 days
*Must be able to do rotational shifts *
