You will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.InformationPosition: Security Response OfficerLocation: Leyton (E10)Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour Hours: 16 hours per weekShifts: Various Shifts - Days, nights & WeekendsJob Role / Requirements:SIA Door Supervisor Licence requiredSecurity and customer service experience is requiredMust be flexible and be able to work; days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needsMust have good command of English languageGood levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all timesFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areasFlexible in the approach to daily dutiesFirst Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonusMust have five years of checkable work historyAbout You:Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiativeBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional mannerPhysically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shiftConfident in writing incident and shift reportsThe ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiativeTo always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
