Summary
Briefing/Debriefing drivers. Handing our paperwork and vehicle keys following a pre-set plan. Using n-house system to allocate jobs and make changes when needed. Checking driver card downloads and ensuring paperwork completed by drivers to legal requirement to ensure company compliance. Working in a team of 6-8 people. Night shifts 7pm-7am 4 on/4 off
