Job Opportunity: Temporary Full-Time Administrator - Armagh (Public Sector)
Location: Ashleigh House, St Luke's Hospital Site, Armagh
Hours: 33.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour

Access NI: Enhanced (Adults Only) required
- Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Administrator to support the Adult Protection Gateway Team within a public sector organisation. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support in a sensitive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive admin support to the Adult Protection Gateway Manager and team.
- Maintain efficient office systems and manage sensitive data using EPIC and other Trust systems.
- Prepare safeguarding reports and collate information related to incidents and referrals.
- Organise and support meetings, including minute-taking and diary management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems.

Qualifications:
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C including English) or
- 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.

Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a clerical/administrative setting.
- Experience using the EPIC system.
- OCR/RSA/GCSE Stage 2 Word Processing or equivalent or 6 months' word-processing experience.
- This role requires an Enhanced Access NI check (Adults Only).
