Location: St Vincent Street Glasgow HQ/hybrid style working with regular travel to meet stakeholder groups
Duration: 6 month initial contract with scope of extension
Rate: negotiable

What you’ll be doing
• Support the delivery of our local community funds.
• Engage with local communities to understand priorities.
• Lead stakeholder communications—newsletters, digital content, social media, and more.
• Manage data and reporting to demonstrate impact and value.
• Benchmark against global best practices and introduce innovative engagement methods.
• Lead internal working groups and collaborate with creative and comms teams.
• Drive public awareness campaigns and enhance our reputation through storytelling and advocacy.
• Develop submissions for regulators.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and community partners.
What you’ll bring
• A background in marketing, community engagement, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries or utilities is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset with a flair for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
