✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Scheduling Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right support staff are in the right place at the right time. You’ll:

✔️ Create and maintain rotas ensuring all staff receive their contractual hours, and the people we support receive the support they need
✔️ Use our system (One Touch) to schedule staff efficiently
✔️ Ensure staff rotas include team meetings, supervision and appraisal meetings in line with policy and procedure
✔️ Monitor absences and arrange seamless cover
✔️ Book training, update records, and make sure the right people are prepared and present

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with rota planning or scheduling would be a real advantage, full training on our systems will be provided.

Confidence using IT systems, a flexible approach, and great organisational skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Strong administrational background.

Desirable: A good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality care.
