Summary
Experienced Care Workers – Rapid Response Night Service (Norfolk)
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work on an alternate weekend rota, where you'll be on standby from the comfort of your own home between 9pm and 7am. We are looking to cover nights from Saturday night through to Sunday night. As part of our team, you’ll be sent on night visits across Norfolk, ensuring high-quality, personalised care for our customers.
Pay Rates:
• Weekend Nights: £16.40 per hour (paid for the full 10-hour shift, even if not deployed).
• Additional Weekday Nights may be available: £13.40 per hour.
• Mileage: 42p per mile.
Hours:
• Standby from home between 9pm–7am.
• Alternate weekend rota.
• Nights covered: Friday to Monday.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of care experience (community or care home).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Dependable, compassionate, and confident in delivering excellent care.
