Summary

About the role:

The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life. You’ll get huge job satisfaction from seeing the people you are supporting do more for themselves and live the life they want to live.

No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games or going for a walk to the park. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.

Full UK manual driving licence is required for this role.

Hours:

Part time position available working 20 hours per week.

This service is based in Crewe, Cheshire.
