Summary
You will work collaboratively as part of a campus-wide team, delivering high-quality care and support to students within residential services. The role involves actively encouraging students to develop their independence and daily living skills, with a strong emphasis on enhancing their overall quality of life. Many of our students have complex needs, including severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical and sensory impairments, and autism. Some may also exhibit behaviours of concern.
