The Role
Do you have a passion for helping young people grow and achieve their potential? We’re looking for compassionate Residential Children’s Workers to join our team in Four Marks, Hampshire. About You
Previous experience with children/young people in residential care, or at least 6 months of UK experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to care
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (desirable but not essential)
