Summary
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people living in our residential 24/7 homes. Responsibilities include safeguarding and ensuring their welfare, supporting with daily routines such as meals, education, and activities, offering emotional and behavioural support, maintaining accurate records, and promoting independence and life skills. You will work as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment that helps young people reach their full potential.
Ideally you will be able to cover 12 hour shifts, minimum of 3 per week.
