• A hands-on leader with a “can-do” approach, able to motivate, coach, and develop your team
• Resilient and flexible – able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to change with ease
• A customer and children-first approach, with the empathy to guide and support colleagues
• Commercially focused, with experience managing budgets and driving business performance
• Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)

What will your role look like?

• Managing budgets, fees, and resources effectively
• Recruiting, training, and appraising staff performance
• Leading on safeguarding and child protection within the nursery
• Maintaining accurate records and reports for children, staff, and regulators
• Driving occupancy levels through effective parent engagement and marketing initiatives

What can you expect in return?

Alongside a competitive salary of £38,000 – £41,500 per annum, plus a £5,000 relocation package, you’ll enjoy a wide range of benefits, including:
