Job Title: Support Worker (UK Driver Licence Required)
Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join a well-established company and a dedicated team in our Supported Living Home. If you have a valid UK driving licence and a passion for making a positive impact, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in an empowering and fulfilling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and well-being.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support residents in community activities, outings, and appointments.
Ensure a safe and supportive living environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
