Estates Helpdesk Administrator
Part time, 29 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Term Time Only
£17,003 per annum (FTE £24,626)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide support to the Estates and Transport departments. In this customer focused role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff and help in processing work requests. This includes handling inquiries via phone calls, Quadpro—our internal request system, emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring that all requests are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent IT and organisational skills, with the capability to manage a wide range of requests effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. A good general education, achieving at least GCSE level grade 4/Level 2 or higher in English and Maths.
