Summary

The Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Freshwater & Yarmouth are seeking to appoint a part-time Midday Supervisor Assistant to work at our Freshwater & Yarmouth CE Primary School site

Start date: as soon as possible

Working pattern:

Monday – Friday: 11.30pm – 1.30pm

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Midday Supervisor Assistant to join our dedicated team and help ensure our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-managed lunchtime experience

About the role
Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and playground
Encourage positive behavior and good manners
Support children in play and social interactions
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
Assist with minor first aid and report incidents appropriately

About you
Enjoys working with children and understands their needs
Is calm, patient and approachable
Can work effectively as part of a team
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Has good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
