Summary

Join a supportive organisation where you will be part of a friendly team on a temporary basis until March 2026, carrying out a mix of general labouring and packing duties to ensure work is completed to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that involves both physical labour and repetitive packing tasks, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general labouring duties including carrying, fetching, and assisting senior staff

  • Ensuring the site and working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

  • Carrying out filling, batching, and packaging in line with the production schedule

  • Completing monotonous/repetitive packing tasks, ensuring products are packaged into the correct packaging and codes match specifications

  • Recording and reporting KPIs, stock discrepancies, and deviations in a timely manner

  • Following health & safety practices at all times

  • Working as part of a team to meet schedules and deadlines

  • Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

We would like to see your CV if you have:

    • Previous experience as a general labourer, packing operative, or in a similar warehouse/production role

    • The ability to work with repetitive and monotonous tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus

    • A proactive “can do” attitude with the ability to use initiative and work unsupervised

    • Strong team player who can also work independently to a high standard

    • Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable) due to location of the site

    • Ability to work in a 3 shift pattern to cover 24 hour operation (including working nights)

    • Hold a Current Basic DBS or willing to undertake one

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing organisation and contribute to its success, while developing skills across both labouring and production operations. This is a temporary full-time role working Monday - Friday until March 2026, working over a 3 shift set up (Typical shifts will be 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am.). You will be based in the foothills of Snowdonia on the outskirts of Bangor in a semi-rural location, so the ability to drive and access to own vehicle would be an advantage.

In return you will receive a basic hourly rate of £12.50 per hour plus inflated rates of up to 20% for unsociable hours. If this is the opportunity you've been looking for and available for an immediate start, please apply today!
