The role of the CJD Case File Archivist is to manage and maintain the storage of all Criminal Case files that progress through the Court process. You will be responsible for ensuring the Constabulary complies with the Management of Police Information and General Data Protection Regulation in this area by undertaking reviews of this material to ensure these policies are met. You will also support other departments by providing documents that are requested in live prosecution matters to progress these prosecutions maintaining regular audit trails.
You must be comfortable working at height as there will be times where files have to be retrieved from height.
