Salary: £13.10 per hour (£23,842.00 per annum) + Great Benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 06:30 to 14:30

We are now seeking a number of Technical Operators, to join the Clawson family situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray.
What you’ll do
As part of a small team, working intensively during the make up of curd on each production day, carrying out roles which will include hoop filling and pallet stacking, also other general duties associated with the Dairy and the manufacture of our cheese.

• Timely and accurate cleaning of the line and end of day dismantling and cleaning of equipment, tools, and work area where appropriate.

What are we looking for?
Essential
• Industrious and able to work under pressure.
• Good level of fitness - able to lift weights of up to 20kg and push/pull weights of up to 1000kg, in accordance with manual handling training.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 6 months).
• Adaptable/flexible to meet requirements and demands of production and seasonal fluctuations.
• Quality focused.
Desirable
• Food/process manufacturing background.
• Good standard of spoken and written English.
