About the Role: We are seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our team and help ensure a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime experience for our pupils. This role is vital in supporting children's wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour during the lunch period.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise children in the dining hall during lunchtime.
Encourage good table manners.
Ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils.
Promote positive behaviour and resolve minor conflicts calmly and effectively.
Support children with their social interactions
Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be calm, patient, and approachable.
Be proactive and able to use initiative.
Enjoy working with children and be committed to their well-being.
Be a team player with good communication skills.
Have experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
