Summary
Responsible for clerical support within the company to include:
Sending out marketing emails and dealing with incoming emails
Supporting sales staff in the field with information and at times making appointments
Answering questions/queries from customers and answering incoming calls
Managing the invoices and stock controls
All association administration including data entry and filing
You will also process sales orders and Invoices using our systems – training will be including.
Working closely with the other administrator and warehouse operatives.
