Multi Drop Driver: Milk Delivery Roundsperson –Cheltenham Depot
Are you reliable, motivated and customer focused? Cotteswold Dairy is looking for a Milk Delivery Roundsperson to join our team based at the Cheltenham Depot. This is a hands-on, active role, perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service. With early starts and night shifts, you’ll become the familiar face delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products to our valued customers.
This role is physically demanding, involving intensive drops, loading and unloading, and operating as a Multi Drop Driver. You’ll also use handheld electronic devices to manage orders, invoices and stock, making sure every customer gets exactly what they ordered—on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dairy and related products to customers accurately and efficiently
- Undertake multi drop delivery rounds during night shifts and early mornings
- Load and unload vehicles, securing loads for safe travel
- Operate handheld electronic devices to record deliveries, payments and order changes
- Collect empties and handle payments securely where required
- Maintain strong customer relationships and represent Team Cotteswold positively
- Follow all company procedures regarding food hygiene, health & safety and compliance
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable with early starts, night shifts and working outdoors in all weather
- Physically fit to manage a high number of drops and manual handling tasks
- Positive, self-motivated and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
