Summary
Hired provides Careers, Employability and Placement Services to our students. We currently have a vacancy for a Careers Adviser to provide impartial careers information, advice and guidance to all UCB students (FE, HE and Alumni) as part of the careers offer.
This will require the delivery of group sessions and workshops, 1-1 appointments, provide CV assistance, maintain up to date labour market intelligence, developing new resources and supporting with the UCAS process. You will also develop strong links with UCB Schools and Departments regarding the Hired service.
The successful candidate will have (or be working towards) a Careers Qualification and be able to deliver support to a wide age range of students, from further education to postgraduate. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of clients, and proficiency in administration and the use of IT.
