Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail management.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage and motivate a team will be crucial in achieving our store's objectives and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

This post is for 40 Hours Over Any 5 out of 7 Days.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
Lead and inspire a team of sales advisors, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of goals and expectations while providing ongoing training and support.
Supervise daily activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Implement effective sales management techniques to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and employee schedules.
Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring that store operations run smoothly.
Ability to adapt to changing retail environments while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
