Summary
Client Support Manager (Financial Services) – Milton Keynes - £35k - £40k per annum plus benefits
Our client is an extremely well-established Independent Financial Advisors company; due to continued growth and success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Client Support Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for fulfilling key service requirements for a portfolio of clients and new clients as appropriate.
• Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high level at all times.
• Prepare required documentation for client review meetings
• Chase client providers for relevant information and update clients to the progress
• Monitor progress and update clients and client team manager on transfers/payments in or out
• Complete client fund switches, monitor and check them following the action taking place
• Utilise client ISA allowances where appropriate/agreed
Skills and Experience
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and help identify their needs
• Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communication
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets
