Summary

The Role

Are you passionate about working with data to support meaningful services? As a Data Officer in our Careline team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate, well-organised, and accessible. You’ll help configure systems, compile reports, and support your manager with procurement and project-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong administration skill and enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly, and who takes pride in helping others make informed decisions through reliable data.


The Experience you will bring:
• A strong understanding of databases and CRM platforms (essential)
• Minimum two years’ experience in a contact centre or similar operational environment, or equivalent transferable skills (essential)
• Advanced Excel skills (essential)
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project (essential)
• Experience managing data in line with retention policies and legal requirements (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills (essential)
• Confidence in training and supporting others (essential)
