Summary
We are seeking dedicated SEND Specialist Tutors to deliver bespoke, 1:1 tuition packages to young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
We are looking for inspirational tutors who can make a real difference to children and young people with SEND. Many of the pupils we support have become disengaged from their learning-some may feel too anxious to attend school, while others may find their needs are not fully met in the classroom.
As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will:

Create, plan, and deliver tailored 1:1 lessons designed to bridge gaps in education and boost attainment.

Re-engage pupils in their learning by offering structure, consistency, and encouragement.

Support pupils in developing confidence, routine, and progress with the aim of returning to school.

This role is highly rewarding, offering the chance to make a significant impact in a child's educational journey. Tuition typically takes place during school hours, on a part-time basis, across five days per week. Progress is closely monitored, and you will be supported by Prospero with regular check-ins and weekly progress reporting.
