Summary

A great opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator for our client in Swadlincote.

Staffline is recruiting an Administrator in Swadlincote.

The rate of pay is £13.08 per hour.

This is a part time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 12pm

Your Time at Work
As an Administrator your duties include:
- To carry out required daily insurance procedures which includes -
Processing of QC report, Internal discrepancy, FVC entry, monitor of claims and personal inboxes, entry of claims outside of the norm, DAMR, held pallets from warehouse.
- To correspond with members regarding claims.
- To maintain address book and email support logs
- To check and action Quantified Claim returns.
- To update and maintain records accurately.
- To respond to incoming claims communication via e-mail and telephone.
- Internal discrepancy report for all Hubs
- Weekly report of internals to be sent to nominated colleagues.
- Produce and distribute the weekly report of internals
