Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and professional Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our growing logistics team based in Witham St Hughes, Lincoln. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods across the UK pallet network using a modern fleet. This is a low-handballing role, with all pallets loaded and unloaded by forklift at both ends.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Carrying out multi-drop deliveries of palletised freight across the pallet network.
Operating a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently.
Ensuring all paperwork and digital logs are completed accurately.
Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues.
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
Adhering to all transport and working time regulations.
Candidates must:
- Hold a full UK licence with a class C entitlement.
- Hold valid CPC card
- Hold valid Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points for minor traffic offences.
Long term ongoing reliable role.
Monday - Friday
0600 start times
Averaging 10 hour shifts
Start wage £14 p/h
Overtime paid at time and a half on all hours after 50 per week.
Wages paid weekly.
