Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

St Barnabas is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic MDSA to join their team. Working as a member of staff within our Trust you will be a part of a team and play an active role in ensuring the learning and development of all our young people.

The working hours for this role are expected to be, 12:15 – 13:15 Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include, supervision of children, either in the lunch hall or other areas in the school, whilst they are eating lunch or taking part in lunchtime activities. Clearing spillages, clean tables and chairs, stack tables and chairs that are used during the lunch break, sweep floors and wash up cutlery and crockery as directed. The post holder will be constantly walking and standing. It is imperative that you contribute to the maintenance of a safe environment by managing behaviour effectively in accordance with the Trust's behaviour policy.
