As a Teaching Assistant in our SEND provisions you will work as part of two teams with lead colleagues for both SEND provisions to ensure that the children in the groups are given the best possible chance at making progress.

You will support children with their small steps of learning under the guidance of the lead and will be confident to provide support when they are emotionally dysregulated.

You will ensure a safe environment for the children.

You will be comfortable in supporting children with their personal care.

You will work with a wide range of colleagues and professionals

• The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and staff.
• A commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Experience of working with children with complex special educational needs.
