Summary
Production Operative - Night Shift (No weekend working)
Location: RUNCORN
Reports to: Production Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 6:20 AM (finishing Friday morning)
Purpose of the Role:
To manufacture fluoropolymer coatings to the highest quality standards, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all production guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture products according to IFS Shop Orders and Process Control System instructions.
- Report any quality issues or shortages of materials to the Production/Shift Manager promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.
- Operate FLT safely and complete daily checks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness in line with 5S standards.
- Support daily audit data collection as per SQCPD requirements.
- Follow health and safety policies and risk assessments.
- Promote a safe working environment within the team.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
- Comply with the company's code of conduct and policies.
Requirements:
Essential:- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organisational abilities.
