Summary
A growing public sector organisation currently undergoing a significant period of change, seeking a proactive HR Change Coordinator to support their journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised HR Coordinator with strong Excel and HR systems skills to gain hands-on experience in change management. Working closely with a senior HR lead in a dynamic and fast-paced internal HR function, you'll play a key role in supporting a major organisational transformation.
As part of this transformation, a number of roles are evolving, and new opportunities are emerging. (May be potential for future opportunities outside the initial contract).
Your New Role
As Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational change processes. You'll coordinate activities, manage documentation, and ensure timely communication with managers and employees. This role requires a high level of autonomy and discretion, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the implementation of change management strategies.
- Preparing and sending formal correspondence, including redundancy letters.
- Liaising with line managers and stakeholders to arrange meetings.
- Maintaining trackers and spreadsheets to ensure accurate records. (Excel Usage Essential).
- Calculating redundancy and other payments in line with policy.
- Providing general HR administrative support to the change team.
- Working independently and picking up tasks with minimal guidance.
What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in HR coordination and/or change management. (Change management desirable).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs - essential).
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Cascade experience desirable)
- Knowledge of employment legislation relating to organisational restructure/redundancy/change.

- Competitive salary: £30,035 - £35,000.
