Summary


Business Support Officer(Property Management)

Location Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH will be the office base but the role is

hybrid, so there will be some working from locations across the Borough and from home.

Salary range 3 (£25,989 - £28,142 per annum) pro rata for part time

Working Pattern part time

Working hours 25 hours a week 09:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday, flexible working applies

Contract type Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a property management business support officer to work as part of the Estates team to help the Council manage its increasing portfolio of residential properties. Reporting to the Property Management Officer, you will assist with the day to day handling of residential property management and maintenance enquiries whilst also supporting tenants.


About You

With the number of residential properties in Trafford continuing to grow, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to the effective management of both homes and tenants, ensuring residents live safely and have access to the support they need.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, and experience of dealing with diverse communities and understanding their unique needs.

Working as part of a busy team you will be self motivated with excellent organisational and administration skills ensuring the smooth operation of processes to maintain compliance and deliver excellent customer service.
