A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bristol Area!

With no day ever being the same the Financial Controller role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:.

  • Manage and improve the overall financial performance of the company
  • Managing and analysing all financial data and accounting records for the site
  • Manage a team of finance individuals including an accounts assistant
  • Ensuring everything in compliant with the correct regulations
  • Achieving internal targets and developing plans to develop alongside the companies strategy

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A qualification in a suitable accounting discipline
  • Experience working in a financial controller / management role
  • Engineering and/or manufacturing experience highly desirable but not necessary
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software
