Summary

IT support technician- Bridgwater (Onsite) - £26K-£29K


I am seeking an IT support technician to work within a growing MSP, supporting a host of external clients on their IT needs. The successful IT support technician will provide IT Support through email, ticketing system, or phone to a network of external customers. You will be working within a skilled team and escalating tickets when needed.

As the successful IT support technician, you will have experience in some of the following:

  • Experience in an MSP
  • Have a relevant qualification in IT
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft office- Exchange, Intune, OneDrive
  • A good understanding of the basics of networking
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
