Summary
Location: Finham, Coventry
Hours: 45 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
In this role, you will be working on our Severn Trent Water framework, to be responsible for the management of the site to achieve the required project delivery to the client's objectives. You will ensure standards of health & safety are maintained along with environmental impact and cost control.
Your day to day will include:
-Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various multidisciplinary projects within the industry
-Lead a team of supervisors and subcontractors to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents and to the specified quality
-Ensure implementation of project plans, RAMS ITP's and approval of supply chain RAMS plus other safe system of works
-Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and project manager
-Delivery of site inductions, issuing of permits. forms and daily briefings
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if you hold:
-NVQ Level 6 in construction along with experience of managing subcontractors value greater than £1m in the construction/ water industry
-CSCS card
-SMSTS card
-Excellent communication, people and team management skills
-Proficient in using Microsoft including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
