Job Title: Skilled Assembly & Production Operative

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with experience in assembly or production environments to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, precision, and efficiency are essential. You will be working on a variety of production tasks using hand tools and power tools, so you must be comfortable and confident in a practical, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report any quality or safety issues to your supervisor promptly.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to support production goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or assembly role (warehousing or food production experience not suitable).
- Strong recent work history with verifiable references.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible within shift patterns.
