Summary
The Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion service is an existing successful service embedded in the heart of the criminal justice system, all age/all vulnerability we support some of the most marginalized people within society with a range of health and social needs in the hope that working together we can make subsequent health gains, reduce health inequalities and reduce the cycle of re offending . We are a growing and supportive team with a number of new innovations and services to come. The post holder will work alongside existing team members as well as our key stakeholders - Police/Courts/Youth Justice/Probation as well as other third sector and voluntary areas.
