Summary
Location: Airdrie
Pay Rate/ Rota: £12.21ph | Day Shift | Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm Friday 7am-4pm
Duties:
Run smooth yard operations, managing vehicles and deliveries
Sort and process bulk waste for recycling
Dismantle materials to recover valuable components
Operate shredders and heavy machinery
Drive to customer sites to collect and transport materials
Support offsite tasks as required
Handle manual labour and heavy lifting safely
Maintain high H&S, environmental, and quality standards
Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised
Report any equipment or machinery issues quickly
Requirements:
23 years+ (insurance requirement).
Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 2 years.
Maximum of 3–6 penalty points, no serious convictions.
