Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior to join our busy administrative team. This role is suitable for a school leaver looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment. The successful candidate will support various administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all interactions.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the legal team
• Maintain and organise client files, both electronic and paper
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
• Processing sensitive documents
• Potential for progression to reception and audio typing duties
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills, particularly use of Microsoft Office and basic office tools
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Desirable but not essential:
• National 5 qualifications in Maths & English
• Previous study of a subject such as Administration and IT
