Operations Manager to join our team in Wallingford. You’ll be required to take ownership of the day-to-day management of our
workshop and site activities, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality standards, and a strong focus on health and safety.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily workshop and site operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
* Lead on health & safety compliance, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and incident reporting.
* Monitor quality standards and ensure all projects meet company and customer requirements.
* Drive forward planning by reviewing pipelines, assessing capacity, and liaising with planning/project teams.
* Develop, coach, and motivate staff to achieve maximum performance and maintain required certifications.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline processes.

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
