What you'll do:
- To support the Customer Service Team, Catering, Housekeeping and Reception teams with reactive activities that require a fast response or high-frequency completion.
- To provide a 5-star customer service experience to customers within the building
- To assist in maintaining correct procedures for all deliveries, stores and store rooms
- To report any customer complaints and compliments to a member of the management team
- To adhere to housekeeping standards for each area
- Ensure that all stock items are monitored and rotated, and proper requisitions and stock transfer procedures are carried out
- To liaise and assist in other areas as dictated by business needs
- Assist with daily service set up, food prep and serving from our tempting menus
- Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines
- Will need to prioritise diverse workloads and manage time efficiently and proactively.
- Will be required to attend and assist Client personnel of all levels in a variety of situations.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus, but we’ll give you full training!
- Communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- A focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- A team-player, with willingness to help out
