Summary
We currently looking for a permanent Sous Chef to work at one of our clients care homes in the Royston
Full Time – 37 hours
Alternative Weekends
As a Sous Chef you will provide a safe, quality, cost effective catering service to all customers and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents. Previous experience working in
Your Skills:
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
• Knowledge of food safety and practices.
• Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.
• Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.
• Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.
• You’ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
• You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communications skills.
