The Role:
As a Principal Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and

- Proven experience as a recruitment manager, ideally within a specialist or professional services
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue
