Summary
Complex Care Assistant – Children & Young Adults
Location: Serving Tetbury & Gloucester
Driving Licence: Required
Hourly Pay-
Weekday Days (Mon–Fri): £14.60/hour
Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): £17.12/hour
Weekday Nights (Mon–Thurs): £16.60/hour
Weekend Nights (Fri–Sun): £17.99/hour
Holiday Pay: Paid separately (not included in hourly rate)

We’re looking for dedicated Complex Care Assistants to provide personalised care across Tetbury and Gloucester — both at home and out in the community.
Role Overview:
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young adults with complex health conditions. Responsibilities may include:
Administering and managing PEG feeding
Providing postural support and safe positioning
Supporting clients during community activities (e.g., trips to the cinema, bowling)
Assisting with short breaks and holidays
Delivering care in accordance with tailored care plans and clinical instructions
You’ll be part of a committed and supportive team, helping to improve lives every single day.
Who We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in complex care or working with children/young adults with additional needs
Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
Caring, dependable, and confident working independently
Open to training and committed to delivering person-centred care
Must have the right to work in the UK
