Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support individuals with a variety of complex health needs within their own homes across Bristol.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Personal Care: Support clients with daily personal hygiene routines including washing, dressing, and grooming, always ensuring respect and dignity.
Health Support: Assist with medication, mobility, condition monitoring, and the use of specialist medical equipment as required.
Complex Needs: Provide tailored care for individuals with conditions such as neurological disorders, dementia, physical disabilities, and chronic illnesses.
Companionship: Offer emotional support and encourage positive mental wellbeing and engagement.
Daily Living Assistance: Help with tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties, and grocery shopping.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and clear care records, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in complex care or similar settings is an advantage, but not essential – we provide full training.
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
A valid UK driving licence is essential.
