Summary
MAINTAINING FUTURES
At Futures we're committed to providing our customers with the best service possible on our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’, to help achieve this we're looking for a Voids Clearance Operative to complete our awesome Team.
You’ll undertake the internal and external clearance of empty properties, grass cutting and shrub bed management, and the plant and equipment associated with these tasks
As well as a background in grounds maintenance you’ll also need to have a can do attitude and enjoying working in all weather types that the UK seasons bring us!
You’ll also need a full and valid UK driving licence.
A few key points from our role profile:
Undertake the internal and external clearance of empty properties of previous tenant’s effects, so the property is ready to be occupied by a new customer
Including undertaking all grounds maintenance duties to the property; grass cutting, shrub bed management.
Operate and maintain safely grounds maintenance plant and equipment: pedestrian mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer, powered blower (backpack & handheld), rotavator in accordance with training and manufacturers guidelines.
Operate specialist grounds maintenance plant and equipment where competent to do so: chainsaw, brushwood chipper, stump grinder, tractor plus attachments.
Assist with identifying whilst out on site any invasive/ hazardous species which require specialist management, report back to ensure a management plan is in place.
