Summary


The WTWA Estates Team provides a wide range of estate and property management services across Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital and Altrincham Hospital. The Team have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Officer (Mechanical) to join the department to assist in provision of Hard FM services.

The WTWA Estates Officer (Electrical) has responsibility for Hard Facilities Management (FM) services and sub contracted services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital, Altrincham Hospital (WTWA) and any other sites serviced by the WTWA Estates Team.

You would enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team environment with diverse healthcare professions as well as managing building works, staff and contractors in a hospital environment. As part of this role you will be providing different estates compliance services each day to different service users in the healthcare environment.
